Position Title: Solutions Architect (Pre-Sales)(Remote)
 

We are seeking a talented and experienced Solutions Architect to join our team in a pre-sales capacity. As a Solutions Architect, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by delivering technical expertise, solution design, and consultative support to our clients during the pre-sales phase. You will collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to understand customer requirements, propose innovative solutions, and demonstrate the value of our products or services.

Responsibilities:
 

  1. Engage with prospective clients during the pre-sales phase to understand their business needs, challenges, and technical requirements.

  2. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept solutions tailored to client requirements.

  3. Provide consultative guidance and technical expertise to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our products or services.

  4. Conduct detailed technical assessments of client environments, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending appropriate solutions.

  5. Develop and maintain deep knowledge of our products or services, staying up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

  6. Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, engineering, and marketing, to align client needs with our solutions and ensure seamless integration.

  7. Prepare and deliver comprehensive solution proposals, including technical specifications, pricing, and implementation plans.

  8. Support the sales team in negotiating and closing deals by addressing technical questions, concerns, and objections.

  9. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor and technical advocate for our clients.

  10. Stay actively engaged with clients throughout the sales cycle, ensuring smooth handover to the implementation and support teams.
     

Qualifications:
 

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

  2. Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales Engineer, or similar role in a technology company.

  3. Strong knowledge and understanding of software development methodologies, architectures, and technologies.

  4. Demonstrated expertise in solution design, including the ability to translate customer requirements into innovative technical solutions.

  5. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  6. Experience in a customer-facing role, with the ability to build relationships, understand client needs, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  7. Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand client objectives and align technical solutions to their strategic goals.

  8. Solid understanding of the sales process and the ability to support sales teams in driving successful outcomes.

  9. Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  10. Certifications in relevant technologies or architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
